🌿 Are your aquarium plants pest-free?
We take great care to provide clean, healthy aquarium plants. While we aim to keep plants pest-free, we always recommend rinsing and quarantining new plants before adding them to your aquarium.
🌱 Are your plants suitable for beginners?
Yes — many of our plants are specifically chosen for beginner-friendly, low-tech aquariums. Look for plants like:
- Amazon Sword
- Water Wisteria
- Pearl Weed
These are easy to grow and very forgiving.
💡 Do I need CO₂ for your plants?
No — most of our plants do not require CO₂ and will grow well in standard aquariums. CO₂ can improve growth and colour, but it is not necessary for most setups.
🐟 Do you ship fish?
⚠️ No — live fish are not shipped.
Fish are available for:
- 📍 Local pickup (Gold Coast)
- 🚗 Local delivery (within 20km)
This ensures fish arrive healthy and stress-free.
🚚 Do you offer shipping?
Yes — we ship most aquarium plants and dry goods Australia-wide.
Shipping options will appear at checkout for eligible items.

Yes — local pickup is available from:
Oxenford, Gold Coast
You will receive instructions after placing your order.
🚗 Do you offer local delivery?
Yes — local delivery is available within the Gold Coast area.
💡 Minimum order value applies for delivery.
You can mix plants, fish, and products to meet the minimum.
📦 How are plants shipped?
Plants are carefully packaged to:
- Retain moisture
- Prevent damage
- Arrive in healthy condition
We aim to dispatch orders quickly to ensure plant quality.
🌿 How do I plant my aquarium plants?
- Remove from pot and rinse roots
- Trim if needed
- Plant into substrate or attach (depending on plant type)
💡 Each product page includes care instructions.
⚠️ Why does my plant look different after planting?
Some plants may experience “transition melt” when moved to a new aquarium. This is normal — new growth will adapt to your tank conditions.
🐠 What fish are compatible with your plants?
Most community fish are suitable, including:
- Guppies
- Tetras
- Shrimp
⚠️ Some fish (like African cichlids or large goldfish) may eat or damage plants.
📩 Can I get help choosing plants?
Absolutely — if you’re unsure what to choose, feel free to reach out.
We’re happy to recommend plants based on:
- Tank size
- Lighting
- Experience level
Shipping and Delivery
As soon as possible if you have purchased wet goods they will be
sent during the beginning of the week to prevent sitting in a
distribution centre over the weekend. Dry goods will be sent through out
the week
Do we sell live shrimp?
Unfortunately at the moment we are unable to post live fish.
However if you live in the Brisbane and Gold Coast area we are able to
deliver live fish and shrimp just send us an email or Facebook message
to find out what’s available and organise delivery
Do we ship to TAS,NT,WA & SA?
Due to bio security laws we are only able to ship dry goods to these states
How do I know if this product is what I need?

Payments
We accept card transactions and direct deposits with payment confirmation. Once payment has been received you will be supplied with a receipt and subsequently with shipping information.
Refunds
Due to the nature of the products being sold, refunds are subject to defective goods. Please contact us as soon as is convenient and we will do our best to accomodate you
Warranty
Warranty of products vary due to the nature of the producs we sell. We adhere to all returns and exchange policies and we will go above and beyond to provide you with great customer care
