🧪 Hatching Instructions

1. Use a conical-bottom hatching container
2. Provide strong aeration via an airstone placed at the bottom
3. Limit density to 2g of eggs per litre of water
4. Maintain water temperature between 25–30°C
5. Add non-iodized salt to achieve a salinity of 15 ppt (range 10–40 ppt is acceptable)
6. Illuminate with a strong fluorescent or incandescent light
7. Maintain pH above 8. Add sodium bicarbonate if it drops below 7.5
8. Hatch time: 18–24 hours for optimal results

🔄 Harvesting Instructions

After hatching:

• Turn off light and aeration
• Wait 10–15 minutes for separation
• Nauplii (baby brine shrimp) will sink; shells float
• Harvest nauplii from the bottom using a siphon or drain
• Rinse thoroughly before feeding to your fish
